Ghosts of Georgia Investigation report
On December 7, 2013, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Zirconia, NC. The activity reported at the house is as follows: Feeling like they are being watched, seeing shadows, being touched, ankles being grabbed, feeling the mattress is depressed like someone is climbing into bed, unexplained lights, hearing disembodied voices, apparitions.

EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Condition of the home:
The cabin seems structurally sound with little to no drafts through doors or windows. there is no central heat/AC and space heaters and window air conditions are used, all are in good working order.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video but we did record numerous EVP’s. Some of the investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the claims of activity, personal experiences by the investigators, the EVP’s that were recorded, plus the findings and personal experiences from the previous investigations we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house and yard and that the cabin is haunted.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Ed:
The experiences I had was when I was at base and Gretchen and Christie were in the living room investigating I thought I heard voices as if a conversation was going on and it wasn’t the team investigating and I heard the thump noise in the living room with Gretchen and Christie.
Christie:
I experienced a LOUD thump near me in the living room. We tried recreating the sound by following the same steps I had made and we were not able to recreate it. I heard a loud bang in the master bedroom during a spirit box session with Gretchen.
Gretchen:
I heard whispering in the living room, talking in the backroom when we went to bed, and I heard a male talk into my ear in the middle bedroom. I also heard the loud thump in the living room, and witnessed that Christie was a good 1/2 foot from the table, that when I lifted up an dropped sounded like the sound that was made. I also heard the loud thump in the master bedroom, could not get the flashlight to recreate it.
Sensitive Impressions:
Hot spots. Road behind the house leading to the white house in back, backyard, side yard between trailer and house and the side by the crawlspace (creepy). Back room where I slept and the Master bedroom.
The white house in the back felt very female in energy. The house we were investigating felt male.
Impression of a male tall, facial hair, not right in the head (Mental illness?)
Lonely…I felt very strong loneliness, almost to the point of forgotten.
I got Shop (wood shop)
Names: Sneady or Snead, and Samuel.
Gun.
Male interested in sexual things.
I did not get “molester”
