Findings:

We were called to try and find out what was causing the above claims of activity in the home. The temperature and EMF readings remained constant throughout the investigation, no unusual readings from either. Nothing was captured on video or still pictures. We did record a few EVP’s in the home.

We were unable to duplicate what the client experienced but my have debunked the odor she was smelling. A couple members of the team felt like they were touched and could not debunk what may have caused it. Also a disembodied voice and a few noises were heard and the cause was undetermined and we were unable to duplicate them. One investigator saw a shadow form once near another investigator.

With the findings we have we can’t say the home is haunted but seems to have some activity that may be passing through or residual. If the activity continues then a follow up investigation is recommended.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:

Gretchen:
Cozy home, great feel to it. Felt touched in the dining room on the tour of rooms, actually thought it was a purse on the chair that moved…but nothing on the back of the chair. Had my flashlight move (shake) in my hand once and then again shortly after when asked to repeat it , the walkie moved the same way. Heard small banginging.\/ knocking in the kitchen in the outside left corner if facing the sink. Heard it a couple of times. Not recreated. Also thought I heard a mans voice from the diningroom/formal living room when I was in the kitchen. Only heard it once.

Client agreed the powderincense was the smell she gets.
Christine:

I got touched twice. The first time was on my left hand in the dining room and at the same time I was smelling a floraly sent. The second time was in the master bedroom when my hair was being touched. I also saw a shadow person in the office room walk between Gretchen and I, but closer to Gretchen.

The talcum powder scent that Larry is referring to we were able to debunk for the most part. The client had stick incense that smelled of powder and it was very strong.

Larry:

My only experience, a few times I smelled talcum powder could not find the source
