Ghosts of Georgia Investigation report
On September 15, 2012, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a privately owned home in Peachtree Corners, GA. The activity reported at the house is as follows: Hearing unexplained footsteps, seeing shadows and apparitions, hearing a toilet flush in upstairs bathroom and no one in the bathroom, unexplained noises, tapping on the master bedroom window. Several different people have experienced these activities.

Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Condition of the home:
The house was built circa early1970’s and has been well maintained over the years. All utilities are up to date and are in good working condition. The structure of the house is in good condition, windows and doors let little to no draft into the house.

Findings:
GOGPI was called to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not capture anything on video or in our pictures but did record numerous EVP’s. The investigators all had some type of unexplained personal experience, see below. Some of the experiences duplicated some of the claims of activity.
With the claims of activity from the home owner, which several different people have experienced, the investigators personal experiences, some experiences being the same as the claims, and the EVP’s we feel the home has paranormal activity but is not haunted. We recommend a follow up investigation to see if we can duplicate some of the results of this investigation along with finding more evidence of activity.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Christine:
1. In living room I heard a noise coming from the direction of the kitchen at the stairs that sounded like a jingle bell type sound. Larry acknowledged hearing it also.
2. In downstairs guest room I heard a disembodied cough of a male.
3. In master bedroom on second investigation I heard a female speaking, the client acknowledged hearing it also.
Larry:
While setting up I was putting a cell sensor in the upstairs guest bathroom, and while I was walking out the cell censor in my hand beep once then the one on the bathroom counter went off and continued to beep till I shut it off. Me and Christine immediately started our base readings and found no source of emf’s in the bathroom. I turned the cell sensor back on, and it never repeated the rest of the night, While investigating with Christine in the living room, I heard a bell never found the source, I heard the bell several times through the night, then in the upstairs guest room me and Christine had some interesting flash light communication. On my second sweep with Ed in the upstairs guest bathroom I heard what I thought was a female talking, and then a scuffling sound in the hall, Then while me and Ed were in the office I heard some tapping from a wall next to Ed, also I heard the ringing bell several more times, but never captured it on my recorder( interesting).
Ed:
While in the hallway bathroom I heard what sounded like something dragging across the carpet in the hallway then heard a couple loud noises coming from outside the bathroom, wasn’t sure where they came from but after listening to the master bedroom recorder the sounds seem to be originating from there. Also heard what sounded like a female disembodied voice in the bathroom, Larry heard it at the same time. I also heard what sounded like water running in the pipes. It sounded as if someone turned on a facet in a different part of the house but no one was in the house at the time and no one turned on facets outside either. While in the upstairs hallway I heard what sounded like a small bell being rung. The sound seemed to be coming from downstairs in the kitchen/living room area. Later while investigating the living room I heard the same sound and it sounded like it was coming from the kitchen. We went into the kitchen and found the ceiling fan running. We thought that the pull chain may have hit the light globe causing the sound but we could not reproduce the sound. Wile investigating the kitchen I heard what sounded like footsteps going up the stairs, no one was there.
