Investigation report
On August 10, 2013, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Kennesaw GA. The activity reported at the house is as follows: Lights turning on by themselves, stereo turning on by itself, apparitions, shadowy figures, the family dog acts like he is watching someone that is not there, growling and staying on alert at times, unusual behavior for the dog.

Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Other: Spirit box.
Condition of the home:
The house is seven years old and in good condition. All utilities are working properly, little to no drafts coming from the outside, very little noise can be heard from outside.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video but we did record numerous EVP’s. Some of the investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the claims of activity, personal experiences by the investigators, the EVP’s that were recorded we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house. We do not feel that there is anything negative in the home. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity, personal experiences, and to gather more evidence of paranormal activity.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Ed:
While walking the house with Gretchen I felt the air in bedroom 1 very
heavy and stagnate, seemed somewhat hard to breath but nothing sever.
It didn’t feel that way when the client took us through the house and
didn’t feel that way when I was on my sweep with Larry.
While sitting at the dining table doing an EVP session I saw a shadow
cross the pantry door, could not explain what may have caused it.
Larry:
I had no personal experiences
Kelli:
I smelled tobacco smoke in the dining area as we were setting up the cameras right after the clients parted.
While in bedroom 2 w Gretchen during the evp session my ankles started itching incessantly – as if I was being bit by bugs, but found no bugs or other causes to cause the itch.
Gretchen:
Going up the stairs, I heard a female or child say my first name. While setting up a camera in the hall I heard a similar voice say three words. I do not know what was said. My sleeve was pulled as I was leaving bedroom 2.
Sensitive impressions:
What a great home. It has a good feel to it. My first impression was the back patio. I feel like someone sits out there and smokes and perhaps chats on the phone. This feels like past energy, but I am not 100% sure. I also feel like someone passes from the downstairs bathroom across the hall to the garage. I feel like someone residually visits the downstairs bathroom. I got the inkling that they see someone come down the stairs and they think it is one of the kids but the kids aren’t there or are somewhere else in the home.
I also feel things may get moved in the home. Small movements like frames shifting.
Down in the kitchen I got the name Charles Thatcher.
In the Master bedroom the energy shifted in the closet. I decided to leave the closet door open for the investigation. In the bathroom I felt like maybe something turns off and on…perhaps the water?
One spot was Bedroom 1, I felt this shift once in during my sensitive walk through and once in my sweep with Kelli. With Kelli the room felt normal and changed. In my sweep with Larry the room felt welcoming and light. The other place I felt a major energy change was in the master bedroom closet. I did feel like bedroom 2 was playful. I do not know if this is her energy or someone else’s. I got the name Willie or Billy in there, and as fast as I got that name it was gone. I feel they see an apparition shadow in the hall, the long hall towards bedroom 2.
The most dominant energy feels female or child like to me, although the names I get are male.
