Ghosts of Georgia Investigation report
On July 9, 2016, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Hapeville, GA. The activity reported at the residence is as follows: Knocks and pop sounds, cabinet doors opening, unexplained odors, drawer being opened, seeing apparitions, objects being moved.

Nikon Coolpix L28 Full Spectrum digital camera, Bell & Howell IR Camcorder, JVC Everio Camcorder, T700 Full spectrum Camcorder, DDV-2200 full spectrum video camcorder, Insignia full spectrum HD camera/video recorder, MagiCam Mini Camcorder, FLIR Bcam w/SD, set of full spectrum POV glasses.

EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII, Mel-8704-R, several K-II Meters.

Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer. Mel-8704R-KII has ambient thermometer included.

Condition of the home:
The house was built circa 1940. The home was in good condition, all utilities were in good working condition, outside doors and windows were in good shape with little to no noise or drafts coming from the outside.

Investigation cut short due to homeowners returning early to the home. It is the policy of Ghosts of Georgia Paranormal Investigations to investigate private residences with the homeowners out of the home. This prevents any evidence contamination and influence of data.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video. We did record numerous EVP’s. The investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the claims of activity from multiple people, personal experiences by the investigators, the EVP’s that were recorded we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house. We feel that the activity is not harmful for the home or the client and family. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity, personal experiences, and to gather more evidence of paranormal activity.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation
Ed:
While sitting at base I heard a male voice between Beth and myself, Beth was sitting next to me. The voice sounded like a radio voice you would hear from a older radio.
After sitting at base for approximately two hours I felt a strong cool air flow coming from the living room behind us, this happened twice. No one was in the room behind us and no doors were opened, all conditions were the same the entire time I was at base.
Chris:
During setup I heard a hello while in the hall and I was the only one down there. I heard the two knocks by Brian when we was back at base at take down
Christie:
I heard a disembodied voice in the kitchen during set up. I was unable to make out what it said.
I heard a growl during take down beside Brian and Beth.
I heard 2 knocks by Brian during take down.
Melissa:
When I walked into the storage room I suddenly felt very lightheaded, dizzy and disoriented. I stepped back out of the room and it stopped.
Christie, Chris and I were doing an EVP session in bedroom #1, I felt a touch on my right arm.
I was with Christie and Chris taking pictures from the master bedroom down the hall and Christie said “Say Cheese” I then heard a male voice in the hall say “Cheese”.
Beth:
Personal Experience:
I heard conversational talking in my right ear in between Ed and I while sitting at base. It was confirmed it was not the other team talking. It sounded like an old time radio. Also felt a strong cold breeze behind Ed and I at base coming from the living room. We had been sitting at base for well over an hour and had not felt this breeze until the end of the investigation and after we had received a call that the owners were returning soon. There was no cause for the breeze found.
Sensitive Report:
During the walk through of the home with the owner’s daughter, I had several impressions of residual energy. In particular I felt very uneasy in the back bedroom/storage room and the first bedroom on the right as you walk in. The dominate impressions were drug traffic, guns and unlawfulness. I did not sense any present time activity mentioned above.
Brian:
- Heard a cat meow once to my left at 11:17
- A knock on the cabinet to my left at 11:23
- A cool wind a few times from a direction counter to ac, Occurred only after the phone call on resident returning.
- A continual vibe of someone sitting in the living room watching me. Every time I walked into room, my eyes and attention went to far right of couch.

She was identified as Anne Jeronimus, 42, the medical examiner could not identify her cause of death. · June 10th, 2013 man found shot to death in his jeep near the front of the home in 3000 block of Springdale Rd.
