On April 27, 2013, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Evans GA. The activity reported at the school is as follows: Shadow people, uneasiness, illness, some noises, and hearing name being called.

Equipment used by Investigators:
Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Condition of the home:
The house was in good structural condition with little to no draft from windows and doors. Minimal sound could be heard from outside. All utilities were up to date and in good working condition. The client moved into the house approximately six months prior to our investigation and are in the process of painting and decorating the house.

End Investigation
Findings:
GOGPI was called to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not capture anything on video or in our pictures but did record numerous EVP’s. Some of the investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the activity experienced by the client and her children, personal experiences by the investigators, and the EVP’s that we captured we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house but feel it is not negative. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity and personal experiences. There is activity at the rear of the property where an old road ran through the property but that activity there seems to be staying in the back yard and not entering the house, we do not feel that there is any negative energy in the yard.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Ed:
The only experience I had was when we were all talking on the first floor and I heard three footsteps coming from the second floor and no one was up there. The cat was witnessed jumping off a table which could account for a sound but it did not run or walk away after it jumped off the table.
Beth:
Personal Experiences: Meter spike when I mention “cutting a bunnies’ head off” on our walk through outside. We were talking about picking up on some ritualistic events that might have happened in the back yard.
Psychic Impressions: felt lots of energy shifts outside when doing the walk through in the backyard. Felt like there might have been some hidden items in the yard, and they could have been burned. Felt history of religious and possible ritualistic events in the back and going down the trials along the fence line. I Picked up on a little girl, dark skin, very small and thin. She was screaming for help, and it involved her family. I Picked up on two different time periods – once around the 40’s and again around 10 years ago. Felt like history could have repeated itself in and around the home. I feel like planting a floral tree in dedication to the land and past events would help release some of the negative energy. Got the sense in the boy’s room that it needed some more “life” in the room. Maybe re-decorate with the child’s ideas and some plants for oxygen.
Gretchen:
1. Felt strange places of energy in the backyard.
2. Saw a man young guy, thought uncle, in his 20s or early 30s.
He had dirty Blonde stringy hair, and pointed features
Blue button down long sleeve shirt and overalls
He was there and then darted behind tree as if my catching sight of him was unwanted,
3. Also felt like the path lead to a church, and not a new one but one in the 20-40s. Client denied old church, but I believe the church existed even if it was further down the path.
4. Felt like I was being watched in the backyard, and I felt like whatever was there was just enough out of reach to be safe.
5. The house felt good to me with the exception of the little boys room, but it did not feel bad, just like it needed rearrangement, like the bed moved to far wall etc….
