On May 26, 2012, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a place of business in Cumming, GA. The activity reported at the business is as follows: The feeling of being watched and keys moving.

Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Condition of the business:
The building was a converted movie house for the present business. The building is structurally sound and all utilities are in good working order.

Findings:
GOGPI was called to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the business were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, 0.1 – 0.2 miligause, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not capture anything in our pictures or on video, but we did several EVP’s throughout the building. Several investigators had some personal experiences that could not be explained.
With the reports of activity, EVP’s, and personal experiences we feel like there is activity in the building but we don’t feel the business is haunted.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Larry:
While the first team was investigating I was in the front of the store, in front of the furniture room, where I heard a sound of a bell or some kind of electronic sound, a few minutes later I heard what sounded like a female saying woohoo, it sounded like it came from the store and I could see all the females, and am sure it was not one of them.
While investigating with Ed I heard what sounded like some sort of whistle, which Ed said he also heard, then also heard what sounded like some sort of rustling or crumpling of something.
Christine:
My personal experience are the same as Gretchen’s. I did have a spot in the upstairs about halfway down the hall where I felt much energy. I also had a little girl age 7-9 speak to me as Gretchen asked questions. She said her name was Tabitha, goes by Tabby. She did of lack of breath. Either choked or drowned. She does know she is in the store and likes the ladies that work there, however, she says he is lost and does not know why she is at the store. She also said there were others there, but she was the only child.
Gretchen:
In the intake room with Christine, upon entering it as the first team of the night, I walked through the door and felt like it was raining and leaking onto me. I distinctly felt wet drops. I said “Whoa.” and Christine said, “Yes I just walked through that too. Had the flashlight go on immediately at full strength when Scott came into the room to give us the thermometer. In the furniture room heard footsteps near the microwave in that corner and the bag in front of us rustled when we asked if anything belonged to the entity to shake it. There was no air conditioning or vent on at the time. The bag had children’s (boys) clothes in it.
I was in the room with the couches and I heard knocks on the doors next to the Piano. Then distinctly heard a bell like one on a bicycle. Then in the room with the books on the far right wall near the golf clubs, asked if someone was here to shake the golf clubs. There was a shaking sound but from the skis next to the clubs…Nothing moved.
Ed:
While team one was in room three investigating I was sitting in the front part of the store at the doorway to room 2 and heard a strange beep sounding sound. Dennis had turned off his Mel meter about that time and when we tried to create the sound using his meter it didn’t sound the same. Larry and Team 1 heard a similar noise at the same time. While investigating room 3. I heard what sounded like a rustling sound from somewhere in the room when checking to see what it was we found artificial flowers in a vase and when we rubbed our hand over it the sound it made was very similar to what I heard. While investigating the hall upstairs I thought I heard a male voice coming from the far end, it was not picked up on recorders.
