Investigation report
On May 18, 2013, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Covington GA. The activity reported at the house is as follows: Hearing noises, feeling of being watched, hearing footsteps, small cabinet and TV being turned over, shadow figures, other objects moving.
Investigators & people present at investigation: Investigators- Gretchen Mann, Roseann Hoeye, Larry Conley, and Ed Laughlin. Client was also present.

Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.

Condition of the home:
The home is well maintained and is in good structural condition. All utilities are in good working condition. The outside doors and windows are tight with little to no draft coming through. Very little noise can be heard from outside. The back yard abuts up to a local cemetery.

Findings:
GOGPI was called to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not capture anything on video or in our pictures but did record numerous EVP’s. Some of the investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the activity experienced by the client and her children, personal experiences by the investigators, and the EVP’s that we captured we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house but feel it is not negative. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity and personal experiences.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation:
Larry
1- While we were in the garage and Gretchen was doing her walk thru, I heard a noise like something was slid across the floor
2- When Gretchen and Roseann was outside me and Kenny were walking down the hall by the guest bathroom I heard what sounded like a loud laugh almost a cackle
3- While me and Ed were in the master bedroom I heard a low noise almost like a tummy rumble coming from Ed’s way, but Ed said it was not him. Also heard it again in the son’s (the hamster) room.
4- 3 k-2 hits in Caleb’s room
Ed
While at base that was in the garage I heard a sound like something was being dragged across the floor, nothing was being moved and found no evidence of something that had moved.
In the master bedroom I heard what sounded like a low rumble, Larry heard it too and thought it was coming from where I was sitting and I thought it was coming from the other side where Larry was sitting.
In the son’s room I witnessed the K-II meter flash to red twice for no apparent reason.
Gretchen
My experiences, heard all kinds of cracks and pops from the kitchen.
I heard a very loud eh heh, heh, heh, laugh in the kitchen. Roseann did not hear it, but it actually startled me it was loud.
I heard two men whispering from the hallway while I sat on the couch in the living room.
Psychic impressions:
I felt a little uneasy (cornered- like) in the laundry room. May be physical logistics of the room being smaller and only having one door. Not frightened.
I did not say anything last night but I feel there is whistling that goes on not sure if anyone hears whistling.
I do not believe it is always there. This energy feels more comfortable showing themselves to people who are alone. I felt movement occurs in the hallway, like I felt someone was there but just peeking in. I am feeling it shy’s away to places like the attic, when there is a crowd, or maybe it comes and goes. I do not feel like it is there all the time. I think the house has a nice homey feel. I also think the oldest boys room feels the best to me of all the bedrooms.
If I had to put a gender to the energy it was more male. I felt more on my walk through then any other time in the house. I also felt drawn to the windows. “LOOKING OUT”, especially to the backyard. The backyard on investigation seemed really quiet.
