On September 27, 2014, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Conyers, GA. The activity reported at the locations are as follows: Cold spots, doors open on their own, voices, seeing apparitions, and feeling of being watched.

Cameras: Two Canon Rebel digital cameras and Four IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Condition of the home:
The house was built in 1973 and was later added onto in 1982. It is structurly sound with all utilities up to date and working properly. The windows and doors have very little draft coming from them. Some light remodeling has been going on for the past couple years.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video but we did record several EVP’s. The investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the claims of activity, personal experience by the investigator, the EVP’s that were recorded we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity, personal experiences, and to gather more evidence of paranormal activity.

Personal Experience summaries from investigators on the investigation
Ed
Right before we started the investigation I saw a cabinet door open that was not opened before, no one opened it. While in bedroom #1, I heard what sounded like some type of mechanical noise, like a lens retracting into a camera after the camera was turned off. No cameras were on at the time. Also while in bedroom #1, I heard a loud noise coming from the kitchen area, Beth also heard both noises. At the end of the investigation I went outside to get the camera that was outside and felt a strong presence watching me as I walked to the rear of the house, the feeling left after I reached the back of the house.
Larry
I saw that one of the kitchen cabinets were open and did not see it open earlier. While in the kitchen, I heard what sounded like tin rattling. While Gretchen and I were investigating in the bonus room, I heard what sounded like a little girl talking, and heard something that sounded like a rattle three times. Both times I was listening through the parabolic dish.

Sensitive reading of home: Upon driving up to the open gate, there was a man there with a beard he had on jeans and a white tshirt. He had a flat affect and did not feel threatening…he was just there. I saw the same man in the parents bedroom in the old section of the house. I did not feel him long…His energy seemed to go shortly after our dinner. I feel the energy responsible for the Cabinet door opening and the chair being pulled out in the kitchen was done by a female- Beth agreed. She is older possibly a grandmother or linear to that line The land is where it seems to be most active I wrote in my notebook, “independent tribe later adopted by Creeks”. I also sensed a little girl, best guess is 6-8 at the oldest. She was upstairs during both my visits to the bonus room. The name Savannah was said out loud upon my leaving the room the last time. The house seems to hold negative/nervous energy, perhaps from memories and apprehension. I feel the man and the girl maybe transient energies (not a constant). But the native american energy outside are a different story and I feel they may be here all the time not separable from the land..
Personal experiences: Thought I heard a little girl in the bonus room while I was with Larry. He had the parabolic ear on and thought he did too. Unsure if it came from outside but it was the 10 o clock hour. I know I heard a little girl say, “savannah” when I was leaving the bonus room upstairs with Beth. She did not hear it but right after I asked her if she heard the voice there was a footstep followed by a couple of more on the wood in the bonus room followed by a loud bang which seemed to be on the wall next to me. Checked room thoroughly without cause or known reason for noise. We had no recorder on the second time I heard the voice and the first time it did not pick up on a recorder. The first time in the bonus room I heard knocks that seem to come from the foyer. And with Beth in that room heard a couple of times where it sounded like my phone vibrating, but my phone was downstairs on airplane mode. The chair in the kitchen was pulled out. Heard a bang in the kitchen and a possible braeth in the kitchen. I heard an exhale as well that no one claimed. The cupboard was open. I saw two shadows in the green house.

Personal Experiences: I heard a noise in the kitchen when we first started behind us near the sink. Then noticed the cabinet door in the kitchen was open. Later that evening I heard another loud noise in the kitchen and noticed one of the chairs moved out away from the table. I went back and checked my pictures of the table area, and could not see that the chair was pulled out at far as we found it. I believe this is the sound we heard. While in bedroom #1, I heard 3 or 4 mechanical buzzing sounds. Could not find the source. Heard several strange knocks and bumps around the house through the night. When Gretchen and I were in the Bonus room, I heard a loud bang following us out of the room and footsteps.
Sensitive Reading: Before going to the investigation, I had a man speak in my ear on 3 occasions. I had a dream taking a nap before we got there as well. The dream related to the investigation. I had visions of the property and the way it was laid out before we arrived. I saw in mind’s eye, a village type set up with several cabins and horses. Also saw that one man was the head chief and seemed to be in charge of everyone on the hill. He would walk in and out of the cabins like he had rights to all of them. There were men, women and children on this high level area of land. In my opinion, there are different types of activity going on in the home and outside of the home. Some of the activity relates to the land itself, and there is newer activity that relates to the family as well. Also, I felt the girl’s father when we first arrived. He stuck around for a while, but I did not feel him after an hour or two into the investigation. I felt a woman’s presence in the home, but mostly in the kitchen. She felt like a grandmother. I believe she was trying to get our attention in the kitchen.
