Before we began the investigation, Beth, Heidi, Lisa and Joyce did a sensitive walk through the home while the rest of the investigators and guest waited outside the home on the front porch starting at 9:30 pm.

First we walked into the front bedroom first, second bedroom, third bedroom, and then to the attic room. While Lisa and Beth were upstairs, we heard 2 growls behind us as we were heading back toward the stairs to go back down. We heard the growl after we opened a little attic door and closed it. We went back to de-bunk the sound, but found nothing. We continued the walk through the Kitchen, through the dining room, and ended the investigation in the front living room. While walking through the kitchen Beth had the feeling of violence in the past. The violent areas concentrated around the kitchen entry and exit. After the walk through, Lisa, Heidi, Joyce, and Beth collaborated on what they picked up in the home. Lisa stated she kept hearing someone say to her “Don’t’ touch that, that’s Mary’s” whenever she touched an object. We developed a story line of violence after comparing sensitive notes. It was suggested that someone was killed in the kitchen. They may have been attacked by someone coming in the back door. We felt like a male attacked a female victim in the kitchen, threw the victim on the floor at the kitchen entry. The struggle continued as the victim went through the dining room, and into the first bedroom. We all feel as if the violence happened in the early 1950s.

When the four of us came out and joined the others on the porch, Joyce’s husband brought us the deed to the home. We discovered the previous owner’s name was Mary. This was the name Lisa had picked up on earlier in our sensitive walk through. Lisa also told us at this time that she picked up on the names Henry and Dorothy. We were told 2 sisters lived in the home and they were in love with the same man. We do not know the sister’s name, or the man they were in love with. The house was empty for 10 years before the present owner bought the home.

Heidi and Beth continued to discuss their thoughts on the walk through while sitting on the front porch and we both felt like the other sister, not Mary, may have been the victim in the act of violence.

Investigation began at 12:20 am- 1st walk through:

1. 12:28 am – First Bedroom – average 76 degrees, average EMF readings 0 – 0.5
• Sensitive report – Benign feelings
2. 12:50 am – First Bedroom – EVP session – Thumping sound started after Beth knocked on cabinet door – Debunked, Music in the house next door.
3. 1:00 am – Second Bedroom – EVP session – average 73 degrees, average EMF readings 0 – 0.5
• Sensitive report – Benign feelings
4. 1:10 am – Third Bedroom – EVP session (conversation type) – average 73 degrees, average EMF readings 0 – 0.5
• Sensitive report – Benign feelings
5. 1:26 am – Kitchen – EVP session – average 72 degrees, average EMF readings – between 0 – 0.5.
• Sensitive report – Continued to feel like this could have been an area of violence, but no evidence was found at this time.
5. 1:47 am – Dining Room – First walked in dining room – average 80.degrees on walls, dropped to 73 degrees. Average EMF readings – 0 – 0.5.
• Sensitive report – Benign feelings
7. 1:51 am – Dining Room – average temp went back up to 76 degrees, average EMF readings – 0 – 0.5
• Sensitive report – Benign feelings, but it was creepy.
8. 1:55 am – Dining Room, – EVP session
• Sensitive report – Blue pen stopped working, Ed got me another pen to write with, then the original pen started working again, this has never happened with this pen in the past. It was strange. During EVP session, we heard a strange sound in the ceiling.

We ended the first walk through in the Living Room and took a small break. We checked equipment, went to the restroom, discussed the walk through, and ate a snack.

2nd walk through 2:55 am:
9. 3:00 am – First Bedroom – K2 lights lit up across the meter for a moment (spike).
• Sensitive report – Puzzled, Jane got cold chills and goose bumps at the same time as the spike on the meter.
10. 3:35 am – Third Bedroom – K2 lights lit up across the meter again for a moment (spike)
• Sensitive report – Puzzled

Ended Investigation at ………….3:50 am

We three decided to go on to bed. Ed slept in large chair. Jane and Beth slept on couch. Jane had her Blue Tooth ear piece tucked in her bra when we started the investigation. She has put it there several times before in the past without any problem. She did not move around as she slept, however, when we woke up around 8:00 am, her Blue Tooth was missing. Jane took apart all her clothes, and we looked all over the house for the ear piece. We took apart the couch we slept on, checked in heater vents, the bathroom etc……. We never found the Blue Tooth. This was very odd because Jane did not move at all as she slept. She made sure the Blue Tooth was secure before she fell asleep. We packed up and headed home shortly after.

Findings:

We were called to investigate the claims of apparitions appearing, items being moved and falling on people. While investigating those claims it seems that we have run across another story to the house that no one knew about. As stated in the report several proven sensitives walled through the house and all concurred about what might have happened in the past. We do not take one finding to come to a conclusion as to what is going on in the home. We do take into consideration what the sensitives have picked up on and put it in with our other findings to come to a conclusion.

While walking through the house with the owner at the very beginning Joyce had smelled a urine smell in the washer dryer area near the rear door. Ed also smelled a urine smell in the rear bedroom, which has a door to the washer dryer room. While walking upstairs to the finished attic Ed smelled a burnt wood smell at the top of the stairs in the attic. When we compared personal experiences Ed and Joyce went back to the area where the urine smell was. Neither one of them smelled it again after returning to the rooms but Ed smelled the burnt wood smell in the washer dryer area. Later the owner was discussing more about the house and he mentioned there was a fire in the house but not know where it had been, fire happen prior to him buying the house.

Another interesting occurrence was when the K-II EMF meter spiked after we explained that if they got close to it that it would light up. Upon reviewing the audio we did pick up an EVP a few seconds before the meter spiked, the recorder was approximately four feet from the meter. The EVP was under Ed’s voice as he was explaining about getting close to it. This happen in the owner’s bedroom, where a lot of the activity occurs, and at the hour, 3a.m., the owner said that he experiences the activity.

We did not pick up anything unusual on our digital pictures or video. We did however pick up numerous EVP’s. Some of which may show that a violent act did occur in the house at some time.

With the reported activity by the owner and others that stay in the house along with EVP’s, audio growls heard by investigators, the meter spike with EVP and a physical response by an investigator, and the concurring sensitive readings I feel that there is paranormal activity in the house. I also believe a follow up investigation is warranted to get answer to some questions which have risen.
