Investigation report
On September 6th, 2013, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Buckhead GA. The activity reported at the house is as follows: Smelling the odor of cigarette ashes in a ashtray.

Equipment used by Investigators:
Cameras: One Canon Rebel digital cameras and two IR Video Cameras connected to a J2000 DVR, and the Magic Cam.
EMF Meters: Electro Sensor EMF Meter, Cell Sensor, Digital EMF Detectors, Mel-8704R-KII and K-II Meter.
Audio Recorders: Sony P210 digital voice recorder and an Olympus D-10 digital voice recorder and Olympus VN-4100PC.
Thermometers: Cen-Tech mini non-contact infrared digital thermometer and an Omega HH68K ambient thermometer.
Other: Spirit box.
Condition of the home:
The house was built in 1935 and is good condition. All utilities are up to date and appeared in good working order. Little to no draft came from the outside windows and doors but you could hear the sounds of cars passing by. Part of the house has been newly renovated with removal of walls for the expansion of a couple rooms.
Investigation began: 12:00 pm and ended at 3:15 pm
Upon arrival the client gave us a tour of the house. We then explained about the equipment we were going to use and how the investigation would proceed. We then set up the DVR system, camcorder, and audio recorders throughout the house. We then did an interview with the client to gather more information.
Base Readings:
Master Bedroom- EMF 0.0, Temp 74°, there was a high EMF reading of 7.3 on the wall adjoining the kitchen with the refrigerator and microwave on the kitchen side of the wall.
Bath and Hallway- EMF 0.0, Temp 73°
Guest bedroom- EMF 0.0, Temp 72°
Living Room- EMF 0.0, Temp 75°
Sun Room- EMF 0.0, Temp 80°
Dining Room- EMF 0.0, Temp 75°
Kitchen- EMF 0.0 Temp 75°, we did record a high EMF reading over the range top of up to 14.5, it was a gas range but had electric start and the range hood was electric also.
Attic Bathroom- EF 0.0, Temp 86°, we did get a reading on the outside wall of the bathroom of 1.8 which was probably caused by the power cable in that area.
Attic- EMF 0.0, Temp 86°
Furnace room- EMF 0.0, Temp 86°
The area open between the living room and kitchen had a high EMF reading up to . There were no electrical devices or wires in the immediately area, we were unable to check for wires under the floor but the EMF readings were lower towards the floor, and the EMF would dissipate and then come back The highest readings were waist high in the area.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected. We also found two areas in the house where the EMF was high but we feel it wasn’t paranormal.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video but we did record numerous EVP’s. One investigator did have a personal experience, see below.
With the claims of activity, personal experience by the investigator, the EVP’s that were recorded we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house. We do not feel that there is anything negative in the home. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity, personal experiences, and to gather more evidence of paranormal activity.
