Ghosts of Georgia Investigation report
On November 15, 2014, GOGPI investigated claims of paranormal activity at a private residence in Buchanan, GA. The activity reported at the residence is as follows: Hearing voices and knocks, someone walking in the house, being touching, cold spots, doors and cabinets opening and closing, mood swings, and the feeling of being watched.

Findings:
GOGPI was called in to investigate the above claims of activity. Base reading in the house were within normal limits, temperature normal for conditions, EMF were within normal reading, except around the electrical equipment and electrical panels where they were higher, as expected.
We did not get anything in our pictures or video but we did record several EVP’s. The investigators had some personal experiences, see below.
With the claims of activity, personal experience by the investigator, the EVP’s that were recorded we feel like there is paranormal activity in the house. We cannot say the house is haunted without a follow up investigation to see if we can reproduce the claims of activity, personal experiences, and to gather more evidence of paranormal activity.

While sitting in the kitchen at base, I heard what sounded like a rumble noise, almost like fast footsteps but didn’t quiet sound like footsteps, in the living room area.

I heard a sound while I was in the hallway outside the 21 year old son’s bedroom. I went and got Ed who with me could find no source of the sound (It sounded like the walkie radio interference). I also saw a face of a man, maybe age 40s…light colored hair like blondish/strawberry blonde like frizzy and dry haired. I was taking pictures of the master bedroom and saw the face looking at me through the crack in the door. On viewing several pics of kids in the home…It seemed to be the face of our client’s father (compared to green book client made at the time of father’s death. Also felt an alien connection with the land. Not sure if there have ever been sightings there or not.

Personal Experience – While sitting at base in the kitchen with Ed, I heard several unusual sounds, little thumps, people talking, something that sounded like footsteps, but it they were really fast. I also heard a dog coming from the back bedroom walking down the hall toward us in the kitchen. I could hear the dog’s paws/nails on the wood floor, and the dog shacking his/or her body off with a big shake! I heard the metal choke chain collar as the dog shook off. It sounded like a pretty big or heavy dog.
Sensitive Report – While outside walking the yard with the family, I had several visions of a cult like activity being done in the area. It felt like some type of religious sacrifice being practiced in or around their home. I suggested it could be school kids, and something being practiced in their county. The son shared with me that they had found a grave just off their property with an upside down cross. This concerned me, but I felt like there was more than this one unexplained event. I asked the family about this before we went inside the home. After going inside, I discovered one of the family’s children had been involved with this type of activity, but not sure about how much or little he has participated. There was evidence of the culture in his bedroom. I could feel a negative energy at the doorway of his room and I knew before walking in that I would find something uncomfortable. I have advised the family to keep a close eye on this child and to seek intervention if needed.
Later during our outside investigation, I had more visions. I had several Alien impressions. Have there been any UFO sightings in this area? Not sure why this came up, but it did a couple of times. Later I found out that Gretchen had the same Alien feeling I had. Also I had visions of the home when it was located on the lower end of the property, before it was moved. Had the previous owners been hoarders? Did they leave lots of trash and problems for the new owners (our client)? Did they leave behind negative energy that needs to be cleaned up?
When Gretchen saw the man’s face behind the master bedroom door in the crack, I went and investigated it with her. I felt that the chair behind the door was connected to the man Gretchen saw. We later confirmed through pictures that the man she saw was more than likely the client’s father, and the client confirmed it was her father’s chair. The feeling I had from this experience was that the client’s father was keeping a close eye on us and protecting his daughter. Very sweet man!
Other information I received concerned the health of the female client (mom). I noticed several vitamin deficiencies with Vitamin B12 and D being the lowest. I advised the client to seek medical attention and specifically asked her to inquire about Vitamin B12 shots. I see that absorbing vitamins by mouth may not be beneficial. Blood work would need to confirm as I am not a doctor. This is medical intuition only. I have also advised the client needs to check her sugar levels and to drink much more water than she is currently drinking.
